A Guided Reset

Stretching Without Having to Do the Work

This is not a flexibility test. You relax, breathe and give feedback while your therapist supports the body through a measured sequence of pressure and assisted movement.

Thai stretching works especially well when tension feels connected—such as calves to hips, hips to low back, or shoulders to upper back. Each position is adjusted to your comfortable range.

  • Rhythmic compression before deeper movement
  • Support for stiff-feeling muscles
  • Comfort-led range, never forced
  • Clothed or blended with table massage
Who It’s For

When Your Body Feels Compressed, Not Just Sore

Choose this service when several areas feel connected or ordinary stretching never quite reaches the tension. These are wellness patterns, not diagnoses.

Desk & Screen Work

Executives and Office Guests

Long computer or phone use can leave the shoulders, upper back and hips feeling shortened and tired.

Driving & Commuting

Long Hours in One Position

Frequent driving can build everyday tightness through the hips, hamstrings, lower back and shoulders.

Standing & Physical Work

Tired Feet and Heavy Legs

Standing, lifting or repetitive movement may leave the feet, calves, thighs and back needing a connected reset.

Active Recovery

Post-Activity Tightness

Running, cycling, tennis and strength training can create post-activity fatigue and stiff-feeling leg muscles.

Upper-Body Fatigue

Shoulders, Neck and Back

A slow blend of pressure and supported movement can help the upper body settle without chasing one isolated spot.

Whole-Body Fatigue

Stress and Too Little Rest

When sleep is short or stress stays high, an unhurried full-body session supports relaxation and comfort.

Your Session

Pressure, Movement, Then Stillness

The sequence is collaborative and changes with your feedback. You never need to perform a pose or push through discomfort.

01 · CHECK IN

Name the Pattern

Show us what feels tight, tired or limited. Simple descriptions are enough.

02 · SETTLE

Warm the Body

Slow compression and massage help the muscles relax before larger movements.

03 · MOVE

Supported Stretching

Your therapist guides each angle and hold within a comfortable, responsive range.

04 · INTEGRATE

Finish Unhurried

Quieter work helps the body settle so the session feels complete, not abrupt.

Choose Your Comfort

Two Ways to Experience the Stretch

Tell your therapist which style feels right. The exact sequence is customized to your goals, clothing and comfort.

Movement Focus

Clothed Thai Stretching

Wear clean, flexible clothing for supported movement, rhythmic pressure and longer assisted stretches without oil.

  • Easy for guests who prefer to remain clothed
  • Clear focus on legs, hips and full-body mobility
  • Adapted for first-time and less-flexible guests
Personalize the Focus

Techniques Available at Lyra Spa

Your therapist may recommend a compatible technique when deeper muscle tightness or one stubborn area needs more focused attention.

Broad Pressure

Back Walking

Controlled bodyweight pressure for larger back, hip and leg muscles before or alongside supported movement.

Focused Pressure

Trigger Point Work

Precise pressure around a persistent tight area, followed by movement through connected muscle groups.

Specialized Technique

Cupping Therapy

Available for guests who want a different approach to deep muscle tightness and post-activity fatigue.

Technique availability depends on the therapist and the appointment selected. Choose the current service in online booking, then share your preferences at check-in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Know Before You Book

What is Thai Stretching + Deep Relief?

It is a customized 90-minute session combining therapist-assisted stretching with controlled pressure and massage techniques. The sequence is adjusted to your goals, muscle tension and comfort that day.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Thai stretching is not a flexibility test. Your therapist supports the movement and works only within a comfortable range based on your feedback.

What should I wear?

For a clothed Thai-style session, wear clean, flexible clothing. If stretching is blended into an oil-based table massage, professional draping is used.

Is the stretching intense?

It can feel active, but it should not feel forced. Ask for a smaller range, slower pace or lighter pressure at any time.

Why is the session 90 minutes?

Ninety minutes gives the therapist time to warm the body, address two connected priorities and include a fuller assisted-stretch sequence without rushing.
