How long should my massage be?
- 60 minutes — one main focus area, or a shorter visit.
- 90 minutes — full-body work plus your priority areas.
- 120 minutes — several areas at an unhurried pace. A good choice if you have muscle spasms or many tight spots.
Can I combine two treatments?
Yes. You can add a technique as an add-on within your session, or book a longer session and split the time between two focus areas.
Massage at Lyra Spa is for relaxation and muscle tension relief, not medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, recent surgery, or an injury, please check with your doctor first.
