Recovery Deserves Care, Too.

Where Postpartum Tension Often Shows Up.
Choose the areas that need attention and the pressure that feels right. Your therapist can change course at any time.
Neck & Shoulders
Thoughtful work for muscles used while feeding, carrying and looking down.
Back & Hips
Gentle, adjustable pressure for areas that may feel overworked or guarded.
Legs & Feet
A slower pace for tired lower legs and feet, always guided by comfort.
Nervous-System Rest
A quieter full-body rhythm that makes room for deep, unhurried relaxation.
Comfort Comes Before the Routine.
Side-lying massage with pillows and bolsters can help you settle without forcing your body into a position that does not feel right. If face-down positioning is comfortable, it can be adjusted as well.

Postpartum Massage FAQs
Short answers to the questions new mothers most often have about timing, positioning and personalized care.
What is a postpartum massage?
It is a comfort-focused massage designed around the physical demands that can follow childbirth. Your session may focus on the neck, shoulders, back, hips and tired legs while keeping pressure, pace and positioning gentle and adjustable.
When can I book a massage after giving birth?
Every recovery is different. Please ask your healthcare professional when massage is appropriate for you, especially after a C-section, a complicated delivery or any ongoing postpartum concern.
Do I have to lie face-down?
No. Supportive side-lying positioning with pillows and bolsters is available. If lying face-down feels comfortable for you, the face cradle and positioning can also be adjusted.
Can you include gentle lymphatic-style techniques?
You may ask about light, rhythmic strokes during your consultation. They are offered only when appropriate for a relaxation massage and are not a medical lymphatic treatment or a substitute for postpartum care.
Can I add CBD oil while breastfeeding?
The FDA advises avoiding CBD during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Please choose a standard non-CBD massage oil and speak with your healthcare professional if you have questions.
Does this massage tighten skin or provide a “detox”?
No medical or body-changing result is promised. Gentle massage and nourishing oil can support relaxation and help skin feel moisturized and cared for, but this service is not a skin-tightening or detox treatment.
What should I share before the session?
Please tell your therapist how recently you gave birth, whether you had surgery, where you feel sensitive and what positions feel comfortable. For pain, swelling, complications or other medical concerns, consult your healthcare professional before booking.
How long is the postpartum massage, and what does it cost?
The Postpartum Recovery Massage is currently available for 60 minutes at $110 or 120 minutes at $205. Current appointment availability appears on the online booking page.
