Can I choose my therapist?

Yes. When you book online, you can select your preferred therapist based on availability.

Can I request a female therapist?

Yes. Lyra Spa notes your request and does our best to match it, depending on who is working. See therapist requests.

Is Deep Tissue good for neck, shoulder, or back tension?

Deep Tissue is one of our most requested services. Guests often choose it for neck and shoulder tension, lower-back tightness, sports recovery, and muscle tightness from desk work.

Can I change my appointment time?

Yes. Text or call (650) 658-8150. Please give at least 24 hours' notice when you can.

Is an add-on extra time?

No. Add-ons such as Facial Gua Sha or Hot Stone happen within your booked session. To add time, book a longer session or a 30- or 60-minute extension.

Can my partner and I get different massages?

Yes. In a Lyra Spa couples massage, each guest can choose Swedish or Deep Tissue.

Can I book two different massages back to back?

Yes. Book a longer session and split the time between two focus areas, or add a technique as an add-on.

Do you accept credit and debit cards?

Yes. Lyra Spa accepts credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Can I get an itemized receipt with the tip?

Where exactly is the entrance?

Park for free behind the building at 108 S Sunnyvale Ave. Lyra Spa is the second suite on the right, next to Kitchen Nail.

Lyra Spa closes at 10:00 PM every day. The last 60-minute massage starts at 9:00 PM.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes. Lyra Spa gift certificates are available for all massage services and can be used when you book online. See gift certificates.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes. Every visit at Lyra Spa earns 10 loyalty points, and 100 points get you $20 off or a free 30-minute add-on. We text you your points total after each visit.

Is Lyra Spa the same as Avy Spa?

Avy Spa in Palo Alto is Lyra Spa's sister spa. They are separate locations with separate bookings. Lyra Spa is in Sunnyvale; Avy Spa is at 3783 El Camino Real, Palo Alto.
